COVID UPDATE

To minimize contact due to current COVID cases, we encourage our patients to seek virtual consultations (video/phone) for non-urgent concerns. For in person care you can request an appointment online or by calling (416) 901-9880.

 

APPOINTMENT POLICY

In order to reduce wait times we kindly ask patients to be punctual with scheduled appointments. Please provide 24 hours notice if you are unable to keep your appointment so we may do our best to accommodate other patients. Upon your second missed appointment without notice there will be a $35 no show charge. Thank you and we appreciate your understanding of our workplace policy

 

HARASSMENT POLICY

The safety and well-being of all staff and patients is our top priority and we are committed to a safe, respectful and harassment-free environment. Unwelcome behavior can include actions or comments that demean, offend, embarrass or isolate such as: (1) Ridiculing, taunting, belittling, humiliating or insulting someone (2) Unwelcome sexual flirtation or advances and (3) Refusing treatment from a healthcare provider because of their race, religion or accent.
